The threshold

The book is born when we get there together.

Every contribution is charged at the moment of reservation. If we don't reach 1,000 reservations before December 5, 2026, the project isn't born: we refund every person their contribution minus the gateway's transaction fee (approximately 5% + USD 0.50), within about 10 to 30 business days depending on the bank. The fee is the cost of taking part and is not returned.

Until the threshold is crossed, not one peso of the funds is spent. Those contributions remain untouched: money that doesn't yet belong to the project, but to the promise.

If December 5, 2026 arrives without crossing the threshold, besides the refund we will publish a post-mortem with every entry and every reimbursement.
